A few days ago they casted Maryse Lightwood, I didn't made a post because I was waiting for Robert and Max Lightwood to be casted too, and yesterday they revealed the actors who will be bringing this dysfunctional yet charming family we love: The Lightwoods.

and also they reveal a original character from the show, a girl named Lydia Branwell. For the book readers you will recognize the last name from the Infernal Devices, she is a long time relative of Henry Branwell. She is a young beautiful shadowhunter that comes into the institute to drive all the Lightwood family crazy, she have scenes with Alec.

Lydia Branwell will be portrayed by Stephanie Bennett.
